经济与社会发展研究中心简介
经济与社会发展研究中心成立于2001年12月,2004年7月与经济管理学院合并,与经管学院两块牌子,一套人马,学院院长兼中心主任。中心有教授9人,副教授
48 人,具有博士学位教师 14 人,在职攻读博士学位教师 15 人。大部分教师有企业工作经历,具有"双师型"素质。经济与社会发展研究中心负责成人学历教育、职业技能培训、对外合作与交流、企业咨询与培训。
从2004年度开始,经济与社会发展研究中心推出了拳头研究项目--研究编制年度《深圳市企业发展蓝皮书》,为市政府建言献策。《深圳市企业发展蓝皮书》每年重点解决深圳企业发展中的一个重要问题。
中心负责组织和协调全院各级横向、纵向科研管理工作;对外的学术联系和交流工作;学术定位是研究经济和社会发展中的现实问题,尤其是深圳、珠三角、泛珠三角企业经济问题,争取在3年内成为深圳企业问题的知名研究机构,在全国理论界有一定影响,成为市委市政府乃至更高层次政府决策的智囊。
2005年-2006年经济与社会发展研究中心承接市政府两大横向课题:一是市发展改革局的"深圳市总部经济与区域合作研究",由查振祥教授主持,经济学术团队8名成员承担,项目金额近19万元人民币;二是市工商局的"深圳市流通领域商品质量监管体系构建研究",由窦志铭教授主持,商务系和法律专业共12人承担,项目经费共计人民币29万元。这是我校建校以来金额最高的管理类横向课题。程剑鸣和朱柯老师都分别投得市级横向课题。纵向课题方面,杨承新副教授的
"制度变迁与广东港口发展研究"获得广东省哲学社会科学"十五"规划一般项目。
中心把企业研究与企业咨询、培训结合起来,组建了五个培训团队即通用管理培训团队、市场营销培训团队、礼仪培训团队、成本会计培训团队、物流管理(仓储、采购、配送、货运代理、供应链管理)培训团队;成功地为深圳地铁公司、深圳市市民中心、深圳市蛇口工业区、深圳市光明华侨农场集团、鑫雁邮电印刷、深圳华特容器公司、台湾塑料盛立(深圳)公司等进行礼仪类、成本会计类、通用管理类、物流管理等多项培训,受到企业界的一致好评。
经济与社会发展研究中心依托经管学院良好的师资条件和紧贴社会需求的专业优势,长期组织开展国内外培训项目,为各级机构、企业和学生提供现代职业技术培训与科学管理培训课程,积极推进国际合作办学,与香港理工大学、香港职业训练局、澳大利亚巴拉瑞特大学、TAFE北悉尼学院、新西兰UNITEC国立理工大学、美国斯卡特学院、德国国际管理与经济学院等国内外著名高校长期合作交流。与国内外知名大学合作办学。
中心本着为社会以及本校学生服务的宗旨,开设系列职业技能考证培训班:金蝶软件、全国会计从业资格证、电算化会计证、会计职称证、导游证等。
2006年,经济与社会发展研究中心被评为考核校级先进单位。
经济管理学院简介
经济管理学院是在学校改革管理体制,实行学院制管理的思想指导下,撤销原经济系、管理系、旅游系,在以上三个系和原经济与社会发展研究中心的基础上,于2004年7月18日成立的。经济与社会发展研究中心与经济管理学院一套人马,两块牌子。
组建后的经济管理学院拥有一支专业素质高、学历年龄结构合理、高度敬业、勇于创新的专兼职结合的教师队伍。全院现有教职工151人,其中有教授9人,副教授48人,具有博士学位教师14人,在职攻读博士学位教师15人。大部分教师有企业工作经历,具有"双师型"素质。学院在行政管理、工商管理、项目管理、人力资源管理、信息系统管理、电子商务、旅游管理等领域,拥有一批专业基础扎实、知识结构合理的教师队伍,具备较为雄厚的教学科研实力。
经济管理学院以市场需求为导向,以能力培养为中心,致力于培养符合社会主义市场经济发展需要,适应深圳经济社会发展要求,德、智、体、美全面发展,具有较强现代意识和创新精神,能够在生产、管理、服务第一线从事经营管理的实用型高技能人才。学院现有三个年级全日制在校生3500多人。
经济管理学院下设经济系、管理系、物流系、旅游系4个系,超过20个专业,初步形成了特色鲜明、分布合理、紧密结合就业岗位需求的专业群。其中物流系的港口与航运管理专业被教育部确定为全国首批高职高专教学改革试点专业。各专业广泛加强和社会的联系与合作,均邀请企业和社会专业人士成立了专业管理委员会,并在企业设立了多家校外实习基地。
The Brief Introduction of The College
of Economics and Management
As the reform to manage the teaching system by colleges,
the College of Economics and Management is established on
July 18, 2004, on the basis of original Economics Department,
Management Department, Tourism Department, and the Original
Economy and Society Development Research Center.
The present College owns a staff of high-talented teaching
professionals with reasonable structure of educational background
and age. In the College, there are 150 staffs including 9professors,
48associate professors, 14 teachers with Ph. D degrees and
15 doctorands. Including part-time teachers, all the staffs
with reasonable knowledge structure have firm professional
foundation and rich experience in both teaching in universities
or colleges and working in business enterprises. They respect
their teaching work, and have potential capability in teaching
and scientific research.
The college is oriented to market needs and concentrates
on capability training and full development in mind and health,
knowledge and ability in order to let the graduates have the
strong and modern consciousness with frontier spirit, and
can meet the socialist market economy demand. At present,
3500 students are engaged in learning the advanced finance,
management, science and technical courses offered by the college.
The college has 4 departments including Management Department,
Economic Department, Logistics Department and Tourism Department,
covering 20 specialties and majors, such as Business Administration,
Business Management, Project Management, Human Resource Management,
Information System Management, Electronic Business, Hotel
Management, Tourism Management and International Tour Guide.
The specialties and majors offered by the college are strong
and famous in China. For instance, the major of Port and Shipping
Management is appointed by the Ministry of Education as the
first group of senior vocational education reform example
in China. Each specialty extensively enhance with the society's
contact and cooperation, invite the famous persons from business
enterprises to form the profession committee, and establish
many practice bases outside of the school.
The College constantly communicates, cooperates and established
the academic and faculty exchanging programs with the world
renowned colleges, such as Wolverhampton University of Britain,
Balarate University of Australia, German Nuremberg Vocational
Technology College, Taiwan Kun Mountain University and Hong
Kong Tsingyi College of Technology.
The College lays equal stress on both teaching and scientific
research. During the last few years, the teachers in the College
have already published more than 50 teaching books, more than
250 essays, undertake 39 scientific research projects, including
one from national social science and one from province or
ministry, and have finished five of them with great effects
on both enterprise business activities and economic management
theory in China.
The College also has 7 practice training rooms, i.e. accountancy,
trade, finance, logistics, travel, the meal drink and business
room, with the profession laboratory area of 2747 square meters
and hardware equipments of ten million RMB.
In internal management, the College focuses on the combination
of system developments and democratic management. In course
development, the College makes a point of the coordination
of profession course development and personal academic level
and training. In teaching process aspect, make a point of
the unity of theory and fulfillment, norm and special features.
In student management aspect, make a point of the foster of
students' independence, self-renewal and self-discipline;
make a point of spirit education of consciousness and group
consciousness.
Under the guide of science development, the College of Economics
and Management pools the wisdom and efforts of everyone, cultivates
the new bright point, increases to set up the advantage, and
contributes for our university's excellence, strength and
unusualness.
